Beneath the ocean's surface

The ocean and marine life has always been something that interested me, yet, I could never really explore or experience it in the way I wanted to. That was until I started my diving journey in the early months of 2025. With my new open water qualification, I've been able to explore the world beneath the ocean's surface, and bring a camera down with me.

An expedition to Mexico in July 2025 (see more in "The jungles of Calakmul, Mexico") took me to the beaches of Akumal, where I was able to photograph the incredible marine life this location has to offer. This album contains a few of my favorite marine photos from this trip, along with a series of my other underwater photography work from places such as Cornwall.
